===== Set-up time is 4 p.m. Friday, July 26 =====

Get a head start and set up your equipment in Jockey Room 1.  We start at 4 p.m. and keep on going until everything is ready.  Then at 7 a.m., July 27, we have more set-up time until the show officially begins at 11 a.m..

===== ALERT!  CommVEx moving to Jockey Room 2, Plaza Hotel =====

Due to technical issues, CommVEx is moving from Ballroom 8 to Jockey Room 2 in the Plaza Hotel.  Jockey Room 2 is on the third floor, at the bottom of the ramp leading to the third floor garage.  Extra signs will be placed to lead you to Jockey Room 2.

Due to renovations at the Las Vegas Club Hotel, CommVEx is being moved to the sister hotel across the street, the Plaza Hotel & Casino, 1 Main St., Las Vegas, Nevada.  We will be in Ballroom 8, the third floor.  To look at the floor plan, go to the bottom of the page at

===== CommVEx v9, July 27-28, 2013 =====

The Commodore Vegas Expo v9 is set for July 27-28, 2013.  The contract has been signed, and the deposit has been made.  Though the rental price on the room has gone up 29%, the increase was not unexpected, and we should have enough funds to cover the cost.

Mark your long-range calendars!  CommVEx is returning with too much Commodore and Amiga!
