Diane Hare

Diane!

------------------------

Here is where you will read about Diane Hare, that facinating person with more hobbies than Larry. All I can say is she is quite the fibre arts person (spinning, knitting, sewing, quilting, etc) and when she has time between me, 'Professor Von "Leeky"' (our new addition, a french angora rabbit), the interent and her other persuits you may see more information about her.

Her current interests have been origami, omiagi (a japanese craftwork of samll sewn items like pouches, toys and such), knitting (she has been perfecting knitting socks, and from what I gather the heel is the hardest part to do.

Diane and I met via my BBS system (moe on that later) at that time networked to various other Commodore BBSs throughout the US, she was living in Louisiana and sent messages through a local board there.

This photo was taken at Jack Rabbit Junction on Interstate 40 (old Route 66) in New Mexico. 'Here it is!' as the billboard proclaims.

Herr (hare) Professor Von Leeky

Leeky!

Herr Professor Von Leeky (better known as Leeky to close friends and associates) is the furry member of the family... He is a french angora rabbit. Besides reclining and enjoying an occasional 'corn slim' with this meals, Leeky likes to chew cardboard products, 'dig' clothing, do binkies (a mini-leap where a bunny kicks their hind legs in the air), keeping an eye on the humans and be petted. Some of his least favorite activities are being held, having his fur plucked (except afterward when he feels much cooler...), and being put back in his cage before he wants to.

Larry Anderson

Larry!

Larry Anderson (pictured with the Silicon Realms BBS circa 1996), a proud member of the generation somewhere between boomers and Gen-X. A product of too much morning and late night TV with an extended childhood. A person who would proably still be drawing spaceships, folding paper (called origami, for those interested) and building model rockets if it weren't for computers.
