[Picture of the fantasy
pirate sea-battle 'miniature wargame' in progress]
So many games so little attendance...
One of the first games was a miniatures 'Pirate sea-battle
on Crocidile Isile', ran by George Gardia(second from the left).
The two remaining Island defenders (Von Campbell and Larry Adams)
defeated the huge navy warship after losing half of the island's
pirate fleet.

We did get two 64s together and played a few rounds of the
beta Flash Attack for the 64 (written by me and Jeff Wood) but
(compared to the PET) found it needs much more refinement and
speeding up.

compatibles network gaming]
It was quite a contrast having a PET playing cassette tape
BASIC programs on one side of the room while on the other there
were networked Pentium systems battling it out.
So it is time again to rest a while and think on what to do for the next SiliCon...
